I was very happily surprised by the brightness and colours of my printed photos, after a few bad experiences with competitors where photos had printed darker. The prints arrived very quickly and well packaged as well. The only difficulty during the design part was that the platform became very slow to load changes (I was uploading about 300 photos), but it remained very doable and user-friendly.
